Registering

If you are new to the area and wish to register at the practice please:

• use the NHS GP Registration service: https://gp-registration.nhs.uk/F82001
• visit Eastlondondregisteredgps
• or speak to the reception team for a registration form

The registration process can take three days. You will be informed once your registration is complete.

You will be asked to attend a New Patient Medical.
